Brandon Silva operates at the intersection of fragrance, retail, and brand development, partnering with emerging independent and niche perfume, body care, and lifestyle brands to build and scale their presence in the U.S. market.

With over two decades of experience across wholesale and retail, he has driven growth in highly competitive environments, working closely with both brands and retailers to establish strong, lasting partnerships. His work centers on positioning, placement, and market development, ensuring each brand is not only seen, but clearly understood and able to perform.

He is especially drawn to artistic brands with a distinct point of view and strong narrative. Brandon is also committed to supporting founders from underrepresented communities, including LGBTQIA+, women, and BIPOC entrepreneurs, helping bring new perspectives into the right retail spaces and expanding their market visibility.
